• MyFSys stands for  MySQL Failover System.

MyFSys is a cost-effective software solution that designed to ensure uninterruptible 24x7 operation of MySQL databases.

When disaster strikes and you lose your primary database, your business can continue to operate as you switch over to the standby database. Switchover to standby DB is transparent for external applications!

Moreover a Standby Database is ready to be used for backup, replication, disaster recovery, analysis, shadow environment and reporting, to name a few applications.
 

• MyFSys has open source code. Anybody can use and modify MyFSys and download this software from the Internet and use without paying anything. If you wish, you may study the source code and change it to suit your needs.

 

• "MySQL Failover System" is a non-profit project. You can donate, if you are interested in its further development. This will allow us to pay more attention to the project including provision of technical support.
